Data protection declaration

Liability for content
We endeavour to keep the content on our webpages up to date. Despite careful editing we can nevertheless accept no liability for its topicality.
§ 7 Para. 1 TMG [German law governing electronic information and communication services] states that, in our capacity as service provider, we are responsible for our own content published on these webpages under the terms of general law.
§§ 8-10 TMG nevertheless states that our capacity as service provider does not oblige us to monitor any third-party information communicated or stored. Any content found to represent a legal infringement will be removed without delay. We can only accept liability once we have become aware of a potential legal infringement.

Liability for links
Our webpages contain links to webpages operated by third parties and including content over which we have no influence. The provider or operator of the linked webpages is responsible for the content thereof. We accept no liability for content and the correctness of information provided on linked webpages which are the responsibility of third-party information providers.

Linked webpages were checked in terms of potential legal infringements at the time of the establishment of the corresponding links. NO CRITICAL ISSUES WERE IDENTIFIED. Such links will be removed by us without delay if we become aware of any legal infringements.
The content and work created by the operators of these webpages are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing, dissemination and sale thereof in any way requires the written consent of the respective author/creator.
Data protection
We point out that web-based data transfer processes (e.g. email communication) can be accompanied by security vulnerabilities. It is not possible to fully protect data from third-party access. Confidentiality in terms of data protection can only be guaranteed with the above-mentioned reservation. In particular, communications containing personal data should only be sent via the internet if this does not affect third-party rights. This is unless the third party is aware of the above-mentioned security vulnerabilities and has provided their consent. The webpage provider is not liable for any damages or claims for injunction which arise as a result of such security vulnerabilities.

We hereby prohibit the use of all contact details published for the sending of unsolicited advertising, information and literature. The operator of these webpages reserves the right to take legal action if any unsolicited advertising is received (e.g. in the form of spam mail).
